Foundation failure is a common issue we face here in the Midwest due to the expansive clay soils present throughout the area. Soils rich in clay are known to expand and shrink periodically over time based on their moisture content. Construction of concrete foundation slabs and basements in unstable and often poorly compacted soil, is a top cause of our foundation problems here.
Know the early warning signs of foundation issues. The sooner potential problems are identified, the better!
At URETEK Missouri, we pride ourselves on honesty and will always recommend the best solution for your needs. Contact our team of foundation repair experts for a professional honest opinion. Call or fill out our contact form today to schedule your FREE assessment!

The URETEK Method® and The Deep Injection® Process uses small, penny-sized injection holes that don’t require flooring surface removal or major furniture and appliance movement. This minimally invasive two-part high-density expanding polyurethane “foam” injection system densifies and compacts the soils beneath the structure’s concrete foundation, while lifting the concrete back to it’s original level. The URETEK polymer material injected is lightweight, yet extremely durable, giving concrete the appropriate support it needs while providing a long-term repair solution.
Do you have interior foundation settlement issues, but are worried about those beautiful hardwood floors you have? No need! Our zero-excavation foundation repair process utilizes small injection holes, preserving your finished flooring. After injection, holes are sealed and tile, carpet, or wood is restored.
