Let us help you take control of your sinking concrete problems with our innovative concrete slab raising solutions.
The URETEK Method® is an affordable and non-destructive repair method for concrete lifting and leveling. It offers numerous benefits over traditional slab raising methods and is designed to lift, realign, underseal, and fill voids underneath concrete slabs.
With URETEK’s advanced repair technology our team is equipped to resolve concrete settlement problems of all levels quickly and effectively. Supervisors and technicians are thoroughly trained and always maintain safety as a top priority.
The URETEK Method® has been utilized in more than 100,000 projects worldwide over the last 25 years.
Our patented, high-density polymer injection process stabilizes base soils to prevent future settlement issues and is capable of raising concrete with extreme loads. At URETEK Missouri, we are confident in our work, and to prove it we provide our customers with an industry-leading warranty.
QUICK, CLEAN, & LONG-LASTING CONCRETE REPAIR SOLUTIONS.
Mudjacking or slabjacking is a repair method that involves pumping a “mud” or “slurry” mortar-based grouting mixture under a settling slab though large 2″- 4″ inch holes. The mudjacking process is usually messy, time consuming, and only a temporary solution for the problem. The concrete settlement issue is likely to occur again, due to the added weight of the grouting mixture on the soil.
Whereas URETEK offers a fast, effective, and low mess approach to concrete leveling. The URETEK Method® is a minimally invasive two-part high-density expanding polyurethane “foam”. The injection system densifies and compacts the soils beneath the concrete slab, while leveling the concrete back to it’s original level. The URETEK polymer material injected is lightweight yet extremely durable, giving concrete the appropriate support it needs again, while providing a long-term solution.
“We used URETEK to fill large voids under a non-structural slab a top a peat bog. The weight of conventional grouting would have caused further soil failure and possibly the failure of the foundation.
The work URETEK did was even performed within an operating casino with no loss to gaming. Great job!”
Our experts drill small, penny-sized injection holes into the concrete slab, that don’t require flooring surface removal or furniture and appliance movement. Next, the patented URETEK polymer material is injected beneath the concrete slab, quickly expanding and filling any voids in the soil.
Once the voids are filled, the chemical expansion gently raises the slab until the desired level is reached. Technicians utilize laser levels to monitor the slab’s movement. The degree of lift is a controlled, precise process. After leveling is complete, any debris is immediately cleaned, the injection holes are sealed, and flooring is restored. Before you know it, you’re back to life as usual!
