The URETEK Method®

Invented and patented by URETEK over 25 years ago, this process which employs high density special polymeric resins to lift, realign, underseal, and void fill concrete slabs which are resting directly on base soils. We inject polymer resin components using small (5/8″) drilled holes directly through the concrete. As the resin mixture expands, voids are filled and a controlled mold pressure is exerted on a limited (8 to 10 foot diameter) area of the effected slab. We use multiple pattern drilled injection locations to re-support and accurately re-align the slab. The composite material quickly cures into a strong, stable, and long lasting replacement base material.

Deep Injection Process®

URETEK’s patented Deep Injection Process employs high density structural grade polymer to fill, densify, and stabilize low-density compressible soils to depths of 30 feet and beyond. The process is ideal for any slab on grade with settlement problems caused by poor base and sub-base soil compaction.
