URETEK Historic Milestones

1979

URETEK advances the equipment technology of total proportion and injection control of expanding polymer. After years of experimental research and developement, The URETEK Method® was patented in the United States.

1988

URETEK USA, Inc., was granted the exclusive rights for sales of products and services in the United States and Mexico. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, URETEK USA, Inc. serves public works, commercial, industrial, and residential markets.

1992

URETEK USA, Inc., establishes a nationwide network of of sales representatives to directly serve departments of transportation throughout the United States.

2000

Nationwide affiliates are selected to serve industrial, commercial, and residential markets along with introducing a proprietary system to increase load bearing capacity of foundation soils call The Deep Injection® Process.

2003

URETEK’s Deep Injection® Patent issued in the United States and Canada, a process to increase the load bearing capacity of weak soils at invidual depths through polymer injection techniques exclusively developed for URETEK ICR affiliates.

2006

URETEK ICR achieves affiliate representation in all 50 states providing existing and new customers quicker, more localized service to the United States.

2009

URETEK USA, Inc. celebrates 20 years of innovation and achievement while surpassing 85,000 projects worldwide and continues research and development on new lines of expanding polymer for special and unique applications.

2010

URETEK ICR structural grade polymer is officially listed as NSF/ANSI 61 certified, a critical environmental listing that approves the use of URETEK polymers around public water sources.
