Concrete Lifting

The URETEK Method® for Concrete Lifting

URETEK utilizes patented, high-density structural grade geopolymer to lift, realign, and stabilize sunken concrete floors and foundations, trip hazards, mismatched joints.

URETEK Method® Application Short List

  • Concrete floor lifting/realignment
  • Weak soil densification
  • Equipment pad stabilization
  • Trip hazard elimination
  • Concrete vibration/pumping reduction

URETEK Method® Checklist

  • No Contract Labor – URETEK supervisors and technicians are employees and are thoroughly trained to perform URETEK projects correctly and efficiently.
  • Financial Commitment – URETEK affiliated companies use the most advanced equipment and materials in the industry.
  • Supervisors on Site – Most URETEK supervisors have over 10 years experience with structural polymer…  Simply put – We know our stuff.
  • Track Record – Collectively, we have completed over 85,000 successful projects spanning 2 decades.
  • Insurance – Nationwide affiliates carry all necessary insurance required to perform URETEK concrete lifting, foundation repair, and soil stabilization projects.

URETEK Polymer Characteristics

As URETEK polymer is injected beneath the sunken slab into weak soil strata, a transformation and expansion of the polymer rapidly takes place, solidifying loose soil with capable of lifting extreme structural load.
Rapid curing material gives operators surgical control of concrete realignment and lifting. In many cases, operators can control concrete realignment projects up to 1/8″ tolerance.
URETEK polymer was developed to be a lightweight structural polymer and still maintain powerful lifting force and expansive pressure to perform in harsh soil environments without additional burden placed on distressed soil.
Patented polymer is formulated to resist and drive high moisture content from soil and can be directly injected into flowing water and still maintain good compressive strength and rigidity.
